It you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your order within 12 days, from the day of delivery. We have made the returns so easy for you!

1 Sign into your Caro Cosa account

2. Find the order in My Orders

3. Click the “Return” button of Item which you want to return

4. Fill the form with reasons, and submit 5 wait for the confirmation mail from us

6. when you get confirmation mail from us, make ready the package in same condition which you got at the time of delivery, and wait for the courier to pick

up the package

7. customer will pay courier when he she comes to pick the package

1. Please notify us by mail (returns@carocosa com with reason within 24 hours of delivery, if you want to return product 2 We (CARO COSA) follow a NO REFUND POLICY

3 All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with packaging and invoice 4. Return courier charges will borne by the customer

5. All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to us

6 It Is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequate packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit T The item sent for replacement must be recieved within 9 days of delivery to claim the replacement
